Mr. Rizzo was admitted to practice before the New Jersey Supreme Court and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1999. He also is admitted to practice law in New York and Pennsylvania. He has served as an Associate at Clancy, Callahan & Smith since 2002, during which time he has regularly appeared in various courts of the Superior Court of New Jersey, including its Appellate Division as well as the United States District Court and the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court. He has extensive experience with respect to construction law; real estate brokerage disputes and related litigation; construction lien claims and foreclosure; negligence law; and generally, business related litigation and transactions.

Mr. Rizzo enjoys continuing his education in the fields of political science, and is currently completing course work to obtain his Master of Arts Degree in Political Science and History at the University of East Stroudsburg, where he was awarded the B. Kenneth Greider Fellowship in Public Policy and Leadership in 2004.

He currently is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
